Modern Authentication with Google Workspace & Microsoft Azure AD (2025)

Kaddi uses OAuth 2.0 for secure, tokenized authentication with Gmail, Google Drive, and Zoom (Salesforce optional). We never see or store your passwords, and users authenticate directly with their identity provider.
Roadmap: Azure AD / Microsoft 365 SSO coming in 2025.

Least-Privilege Access Controls

Your data is only accessible to your authenticated users. Access is role-based and governed by configurable workspace permissions so your team sees exactly what they’re meant to see—nothing more.

Whether it's deal content, email threads, meeting transcripts, or documents from your library—your data stays yours. Kaddi does not train global models using your data. Your content is exclusively used to support your private, secured workspace.

Zero External Data Sharing

Kaddi does not sell, share, or expose customer data—ever.
All processing happens in secure environments governed by your workspace’s permissions and our enterprise data policies.

Secure AI Processing (RAG Architecture)

All AI assistance in Kaddi is powered by a Retrieve–Ask–Generate (RAG) architecture, ensuring your sensitive deal content stays inside your controlled environment.

In Transit

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+.

At Rest

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption, including backups and stored artifacts such as transcripts, emails, and imported content.
