Kaddi Studio - the time is right

Jul 22, 2026

We've spent the last three years building an AI-first sales execution platform. Before that, between us, we spent decades inside B2B sales and sales operations - running teams, fixing pipelines, and watching good sellers lose their weeks to work that never should have been theirs.

Today we're launching Kaddi Studio: a services business that embeds operators inside sales teams to build AI capability into how they already sell. On their stack or ours.

This isn't a pivot away from what we've always cared about. It's the most direct route to it.

The thing we've always been trying to do

The problem we set out to solve has never changed: sales teams are drowning in execution work, account knowledge dies in people's heads, and small teams get outgunned by bigger ones for reasons that have nothing to do with talent.

We built software because software is how you solve a problem at scale. That was the right instinct in a stable market.

But a product is a bet on a fixed answer. You decide what the workflow should be, you encode it, and you ship it to everyone. That bet pays off when the ground is steady - when the tooling, the models, and the winning patterns are known well enough that you can commit to a roadmap and let customers adopt it.

The ground is not steady. You may have noticed this yourself!

What changed

Two things, at roughly the same time.

The first is agents. Not the chat assistant version - the version where a model is given a goal, a set of skills, real tools, and enough context about the business to do the work end to end. Agents that can do the work of a super expert sales assistant and content architect without prompting - literally.

That capability is real now. The techniques that work today were not obvious six months ago. Anyone claiming a settled methodology here is selling you last quarter's approach.

The second is what customers actually asked us for. Over and over, in different words: don't make us move. They have a CRM they've configured for years. They have Microsoft or Google baked into their sales workflows. They have a conversation intelligence tool they already pay for. What they want is AI capability built into that - not another platform to log into, another set of credentials, another change management project competing for their reps' attention.

That's not resistance to AI. It's the opposite. It's teams who are serious enough about the outcome and they know where the friction actually is.

Why an all in one product is the wrong vehicle right now

Here's the honest version.

A platform can only deliver what it was built to deliver. If the best approach shifts - and right now it shifts constantly - the platform lags. Worse, it makes the customer's outcome contingent on our roadmap.

Capability built into a team doesn't lag. If we teach a sales org how to design a Agent's role, a skill chain, how to define what "good" looks like before an agent writes a word, how to build a QA step that catches a fabricated number before it reaches a buyer - that knowledge holds regardless of which model, which vendor, or which tool wins next year. The craft transfers. The licence doesn't.

So we made a call. In a market this fast, the fastest path from a sales team's problem to a business outcome isn't a subscription. It's a skilled operator inside the team, building the thing, on the tools they already own.

What this means about Kaddi the platform

We should be direct, because the question is coming.

Kaddi Studio is not a funnel for Kaddi. We expect many Studio clients will never use our platform, and we'd rather say that plainly than have you work it out later and wonder what else we were quiet about. If your team is best served on the stack you already have - that's what we build on.

Studio and the platform are independent. Kaddi remains what it's always been: an AI-first sales execution platform for teams who want one. It will be recommended when it's genuinely the fastest route to the result, and never as a condition of working together.

Where we're pointed

We think the sales orgs that win the next few years won't be the ones with the biggest AI budget. They'll be the ones who built the capability into their own team - who know how to define a job clearly enough that an agent can do it, how to check its work, and how to keep improving it after the consultants have gone.
